Recitals
qbookservice.com is a QuickBooks Solution Provider that offers QuickBooks products and subscription-based services. This is a contract that governs our services and all resources associated with these services.
Registration and Security
All registration information you enter to create an account with us must be accurate and kept up to date. It is your responsibility to let us know about any changes in the submitted information, including but not limited to your contact information. You are supposed to be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your account passwords. Also, you will be held responsible for all use of your account. It is, therefore, crucial that you do not share your password with anyone and ensure its safety. You agree not to use the account, username, email address, or password of another user at any time, and don’t let any other user use your account. Your account is non-transferable. You agree to notify qbookservice.com immediately if you suspect any unauthorized/undesired use of, or access to, your account or password.
Termination
Unless terminated by qbookservice.com in its sole discretion, this Agreement remains in full force and effect while you use the qbookservice.com Services. You may terminate your account on any of the qbookservice.com Services at any time, for any reason, by reaching out to the Site Administrator. qbookservice.com may terminate your account and/or access to the qbookservice.com Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability at its sole discretion. Even after your user account or access to the qbookservice.com Services is terminated by you or by qbookservice.com, this Agreement will remain in effect with respect to your past and future use of the qbookservice.com Site(s) or the qbookservice.com Services. Any rights to your account will be terminated on your demise.
Purchasing Services or Products

Therefore, you should keep a record of all your transactions. If you have any queries regarding your transactions or believe that there is an issue or unauthorized transaction or activity linked with transactions using your Personal Financial Information, you may contact the Processor.
Privacy

Limitation on Liability
In no event will qbookservice.com be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, deterrent, incidental, special, or penal damages, including, without limitation, loss or profit caused due to your use of or inability to use the qbookservice.com services. Indemnity

Disclaimer
qbookservice.com does not assure/guarantee the continuation of availability of the qbookservice.com services. Adhering to the applicable law, qbookservice.com expressly disclaims any warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular goal and non-infringement, and warranties implied for a course of dealing.
You acknowledge and agree that your use of the qbookservice.com services, and any information received or transmitted in connection therewith, may not be safe and may be intercepted by unauthenticated parties. You will be held responsible for the entire cost of any repair, maintenance, or correction to your computer system or other property or recovery or retrieval of lost data necessitated by your use of the qbookservice.com services.
You acknowledge and agree that any certifications provided on our qbookservice.com’s website solely pertain to the content published on our Website and are not linked in any way with any third-party software certification process. We strongly disclaim any and all warranties that any current or potential employer will attach any significance to your receipt of a certificate of completion for any course taken on our qbookservice.com’s website.
Other
The failure of qbookservice.com to practice, implement or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not operate as a waiver of such provision. The Section titles in this Agreement are only for the purpose of convenience and have no legal or contractual applications. This Agreement operates to the fullest extent as per the applicable law. Except and otherwise expressly provided herein, if any provision of this Agreement is void, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from this Agreement and does not impact the validity and applicability of the remaining provisions.
You agree that any notices the qbookservice.com may be required by Applicable Law to send to you will be effective upon qbookservice.com’s sending an email message to the email address you have provided when registering with qbookservice.com or publishing such notices on the informational page(s) of The qbookservice.com Site(s).
